Our third season featuring coffee from Nery Pablo, this lot represents our ambitions not only to feature classic easy drinkers, but to keep returning to producers as best as possible year on year. Highland lots from Huehuetenango in Guatemala hold a real soft-spot in our hearts – lower intervention, classic processing meets great growing conditions, producing cups where we find just the right amount of sparkly acidity and deep sweetness. Roasted with a touch more development than our “Lightest” style to emphasise.
We selected this coffee for the Brighton heats of the UK Independent Filter Championships, challenging the expert brewers to provide us their best rendition of this delightful coffee.
