Los Lajones is one of the most distinctive farms in Panama, perched high on the volcanic slopes of Volcán Barú and led by Graciano Cruz. The farm is known for its extreme attention to detail, low yields, and a strong focus on expressive fermentation that still respects clarity and structure. The wide altitude range and mineral rich volcanic soil allow the Green Tip Geisha cherries to mature slowly, building aromatic complexity and refined acidity.
This natural Geisha lot shows a more restrained and elegant side of the process. Fruit character is present but controlled, allowing florals and citrus to lead the experience. In the cup you can expect bright bergamot, crisp white grapefruit, and a refined black tea finish. Clean, layered, and beautifully structured, this is a Geisha that balances intensity with finesse and earns its place in the Bloody Ripper collection.
